Klaviyo Integration

Fire any collected data from odicci directly into Klaviyo to increase customer knowledge, build triggers and automations to better engage newly and enriched profiles.


Step 1 - Activate your Klaviyo Integration

In your odicci account click on the icon in the top right corner and select settings. Within settings navigate to Integrations, scroll to Klaviyo and click on "add".


Make sure you have your Klaviyo: API Key at hand; and copy / paste it to activate the integration.


If the API key is valid you will automatically you will see a success message.

Any custom Klaviyo fields you would like to pass data to should be added on this screen to enable them to be mapped against within the studio.

Simply click "Add Custom Field", type in your field and click Save.

Please note: Wait 15 minutes before mapping your fields to ensure the connection has been fully established.


Step 2 - Field Mapping

In your odicci experience click on settings (cog wheel inside studio) to access the CRM integration. Click on Klaviyo CRM integration to activate. Once activated you can now choose whether you would like to pass data using an add to list function or via an event.

Data fields will automatically appear with Email first being directly mapped with the Email field from Klaviyo. Click on the + sign to map additional fields.


For lists, you can select your list to push the contact to and map fields directly to person attributes within Klaviyo.

For events, you can name the event to your specifications and can the determine the event attributes you would like to pass across within the event.

Step 3 - Test Integration

Once your integration has been setup in odicci, publish your experience and enter some data to make sure all fields have been mapped correctly.


Then check in Klaviyo that the data has gone through properly.


If you wish to have your customers emails to be pushed into a list directly, you need to enable Single opt-in in your List Settings as per screenshots above
