Knowledge Quiz

Introduction

The Knowledge Quiz is an experience that is made up of questions with correct and incorrect answers that you create and configure. Depending on your customer's final score, a specific outcome is displayed on the success frame. 

How Does It Work?

For example, if you are a fashion brand and you want to create an experience to drive engagement with a Knowledge Quiz, you would create the experience with different factual questions and then configure the choices for each question so that when the correct choice is selected, points are added to the customer's score. Finally, when the customer completes the quiz, the outcome prize that corresponds with the number of points obtained will be displayed.

Creating the Profile Quiz

Creating the Knowledge Quiz follows the basic flow described below:

1) To create a Profiler, click "Create New" > "Create Blank" > "Knowledge Quiz".

2) In the "Setup" tab, enter a unique name for the experience and configure any other setup options as needed. Click "Save".

3) In the "Prizes" tab, you can create as many outcomes as needed, with a minimum of 1 outcome prize required for the experience. Here you can and and modify elements of the Outcome Prize such as its name, image, what rewards or voucher codes to display, and select the email notification that will be sent to customers when the land on this profile after completing the quiz.


4) In the "Studio" tab, you can create your profile quiz by adding multitext or multiimage frames. In each frame, you must enter your question or statement and provide the different answer choices. Each answer choice has a dropdown menu that allows you to indicated if the choice should be considered "Correct" or "Incorrect". Only correct choices will be add points to the customer's total.


5) In the "Confirm" tab, you can publish your profiler quiz experience so that it will be live and accessible to your customers.
